Cynthia rested her cutlery back down on the table and relaxed into her chair. She had just consumed her entire meal of Roast Beef and vegetables that were made in their new oven. “That was a magnificent meal,” Troy commended. “I can’t take all the credit, the new oven certainly helped,” she replied with a smile.
Steve had recently had the luxury of a pay rise, through his work, in Pymble and they were using the extra to do up their home. They had just had a new oven and stove top installed but still had enough cash left over to do a few more things. They were discussing different options for how they would use the extra money but couldn’t decide. Cynthia suddenly remembered an idea she had that would allow for instant hot water in their home. She had read an article about it and the idea appealed to her. It seemed like it would be a way to save a lot of time around the kitchen. She suggested it to Steve and he seemed intrigued. They continued to discuss the option and decided to go ahead with it.
Cynthia then left the table to retrieve their cordless phone. “Who are you calling?” Steve enquired. Cynthia explained that she had collected the number of a plumber who was supposed to be the best in the area. Steve was surprised that Cynthia was wasting no time in getting instant hot water system organised.

The next morning, Cynthia had just enough time to get dressed before she heard knocking from their front door. She looked out to see who it was and saw an unfamiliar face in front of her. He waved and smiled through the window. He introduced himself and explained how he would install the instant hot water heater. Cynthia noticed how helpful the plumber was and how clear he was at describing things, even though she didn’t know the first thing about plumbing. Thanks to his efforts, she was able to understand everything.
The installation process was completed in a shorter amount of time than Cynthia and Steve were expecting. The plumber demonstrated how the instant hot water system worked and said to call him if they had any more questions or queries. Steve happily paid the reasonable bill and remarked how impressed he was with his customer service.
They thanked the plumber and mutually agreed that they would hire him for all of their plumbing needs to come. Cynthia already had more ideas on what to use the money on, around the home, and a plumber would be required again for a few of them. Cynthia smiled as she realized that the problem of finding a reliable plumber was a thing of the past.
